East Bay Home Solutions does not treat real estate like a numbers game.
We don't focus on quotas, building wealth, production, or systems.
We are, and always will be a small, nimble, effective organization that focuses on supporting our agents.
Our agents focus on providing the highest quality of service and support to our clients.
Because we are a small organization, we can't offer perks like the big box brokerages can. But we do offer our agents:

We offer an 80/20 commission split upon signup.
Get paid directly from escrow, if the escrow company offers the option.
In the future, we plan to implement an annual cap on commissions, potentially putting thousands more in your pocket.
The 20% commission covers all of your costs to the brokerage.
No technology fee, desk fee, TC fee, nothing.
If you choose to invest in CRM, lead generation, personal assistants, or coaching, you are free to do choose your own systems.

The managing agent is your in-house transaction coordinator, with ten years experience working in three states. Plus, his service is included in the brokerage commission split, so you pay nothing extra for this service.
Document management is handled through Paperless Pipeline at no cost to you. Forms prep, e-signatures, broker review, and document retention is handled for you and your clients through this platform.

The Broker of Record for EBHS is not a member of the Association of Realtors, and neither are our agents. We do not require you to pay hundreds of dollars per year in fees to an organization for the privilege of having the logo.
We still hold agents and brokers to the highest ethical and legal standards.
There's enough costs to be in this business, this shouldn't be one of them.
In the future, we plan to roll out at no extra costs to our agents:
.
- in-house staging,
- in-house photography and drone work,
- annual commission caps,
- errors and omissions insurance

If you're a newly licensed agent, we'll help you get on your feet.
If you're an experienced agent with a team of service providers, bring them along!
